Executive Training Programme in Anti-Corruption, Transparency and Public Integrity
We are recruiting 20 representatives of local civil society organisations (CSOs), civic movements and youth organisations that devote efforts and resources towards combating corruption in any form in Poland.
The application deadline is Tuesday, 30 April 2024 (23:59 CEST).

For this training programme, we are recruiting 20 representatives of local CSOs, civic movements and youth organisations and investigative journalists from across Poland, in particular those working at the regional and communal level.
Desired participants should comply with the following requirements:
- be staff members in a mid-level position within a local civil society organisation OR investigative journalists writing / broadcasting on corruption cases and/or those who are part of global anti-corruption platforms OR persons who have been active for at least three years in a civic movement/youth organisation with potential for impact in the commune/regional setting;
- have at least three years of proven experience working in human rights and/or rule of law monitoring;
- demonstrate the willingness to act as multiplier by committing to share the knowledge acquired in the training with peers within the organisation/movement;
- bring diverse perspectives from working on issues related to human rights and/or rule of law, including but not limited to fair elections, democracy and good governance promotion, climate change and sustainability, gender and sexual minorities, and women’ s rights.
We are looking to recruit a diverse and regionally representative pool of participants, and therefore we strongly encourage applications from qualified candidates of all Polish regions, from ethnic, religious, gender and sexual minorities, from women, from youth and from persons with disabilities.

- Round trip to Berlin (if possible by train);
- Accommodation in Berlin for three (3) nights (21-24 May 2024);
- Transportation within Berlin;
- Breakfast and lunch;
- Welcome and farewell dinners.
- Up-to-date CV in English or Polish
- Short motivation statement in English or Polish, detailing the contribution that this training could bring to your own and your organisation’s monitoring and advocacy work.

The selection committee may on a case-by-case basis schedule interviews or follow-up calls with individual applicants.
Candidates selected for the training will be notified in the second week of May 2024.
