Lynn Kaack gives keynote at the opening of German Environment Agency's AI laboratory

Professor of Computer Science and Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin and co-founder of Climate Change AI, Lynn Kaack spoke on the use of AI technology ​​for environmental and climate protection.

The AI ​​laboratory is an initiative of the German Environment Agency's environmental digital agenda and part of the program “Artificial Intelligence for the Environment and Climate”.

The AI ​​laboratory enables the development of AI-supported and data-intensive processes for people and the environment, such as trend analyses and forecast models, and creates methodological foundations for the energy and resource-saving use as well as the sustainable operation of AI and big data applications.
