Professor of Computer Science and Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin and co-founder of Climate Change AI, Lynn Kaack spoke on the use of AI technology for environmental and climate protection.
The AI laboratory is an initiative of the German Environment Agency's environmental digital agenda and part of the program “Artificial Intelligence for the Environment and Climate”.
The AI laboratory enables the development of AI-supported and data-intensive processes for people and the environment, such as trend analyses and forecast models, and creates methodological foundations for the energy and resource-saving use as well as the sustainable operation of AI and big data applications.
