Jointly created by the Hertie School and the OECD as part of The Governance Report 2016, the Global Expert Survey on Public Infrastructure, conducted in 2015, captures international trends, challenges, and potential solutions from the perspective of infrastructure experts from around the world. Hundreds of experts—drawn from national administrations, academia and research, the media, and the private business sector—from 29 OECD and seven non-OECD countries shared their national experience with developments in four key areas of public infrastructure governance: planning, funding, implementation, and monitoring.
