The event included the Award Ceremony for the 2014 Graduates of the Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA), and a welcome to the incoming students for 2014/2105. The commencement speech "The future we want - the reality we face: Public policy and global governance in a divided world" was delivered by Achim Steiner, Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations.
