Juliette Corbi is a PhD candidate at the Research Training Group "The Dynamics of Demography, Democratic Processes and Public Policy" (DYNAMICS) jointly organized by the Hertie School and the Department of Social Sciences of the Humboldt-Universität Berlin. She obtained a Bachelor Degree at the French-German Campus of Sciences Po Paris and a Master Degree from Sciences Po Paris and from the Freie Universität Berlin, both in Political Science. During her studies, she also spent one year at the Department of Political Science of the Leipzig university. Before starting her PhD, she was a research assistant for the University of Bielefeld, for the TwinLife panel study, which focused on the development of social inequalities. She also wroked at the Center for Gender Studies of the Leipzig university. Her research interests lie at the intersection of political behavior, right-wing extremism, gender and sexual identity as well immigration. Her methodological focus lies on quantitative methods, more especially text analyses, causal inference and experiments.
