Hertie School and SIPA agree on international student's exchange

Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the Hertie School have declared an agreement about an international students' exchange, starting in 2006.

Students of the Hertie School will receive the opportunity to study a part of their Master of Public Policy-program at Columbia University, New York. Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the Hertie School have declared an agreement about an international students' exchange, starting in 2006. 

During the second year of the Master's program, Hertie School students can participate several months in SIPA's classes. In return, students from the American Graduate School obtain the opportunity to spend some time at the Hertie School in Berlin. "We are looking forward to such an outstanding academic partnership. I am sure that this will be a very fruitful cooperation," says Michael Zürn, Dean of the Hertie School. The American Public Policy School belongs to the most renowned Graduate Schools in the United States.
