2015 MPP graduate Svanja Kleemann is helping German youth find the right profession, linking them up with firms for a week-long traineeship. Many young people aren't sure which profession to pursue after leaving school, so her start-up "One Week Experience" allows them to dabble in various career paths without having to commit. A second programme, "One Week Student", gives university- bound young people the chance to shadow students in their classes for a week.
