Katherine Wilkins is a PhD candidate at the Hertie School, where her research focuses on international anti-corruption enforcement actions. Katherine comes to Hertie with more than 10 years of professional experience, most recently with Open Society Foundations Budapest/Berlin and the London-based firm Mayak Intelligence. Previously, Katherine evaluated corruption networks for Sarah Chayes at the Carnegie Endowment, administered programmes at the Center for Global Affairs, and conducted fieldwork for Transparency International. She was an 2015-2016 Alfa Fellow at the Laboratory for Anti-Corruption Policy in Moscow. Katherine holds a B.A. in Russian Studies and an M.P.A. in International Policy & Magagement from NYU. She is a member of the @GI_TOC expert network and a freelance consultant.
