Sneha P. is a doctoral student of Economics with the Berlin School of Economics. She is also a co-founder of InsightsApplied, a development research firm, and and has previously consulted with IDFC Institute, Sattva, Oxford Policy Management and the Institute of Financial Management and Research. As a fellow with the Overseas Development Institute, Sneha worked with the Ministries of Finance of Gambia and Liberia in their departments of Macroeconomic Policy and Public Debt Management, respectively. She has an MPhil in Economics at the University of Oxford and wrote her dissertation on labour policy in India. Apart from her experience in public finance and labour markets, Sneha's research interests include gender, empirical methods and bureaucracy. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics and a PGD in Applied Statistics from the University of Mumbai.
