Felix Lemmer is a research associate at the Centre for International Security. His research interests include nuclear weapons and arms-control. He studied Political Science in Berlin and Montréal and completed his master’s degree in War Studies at King’s College London in 2020. At the Centre, he is responsible for the Berlin Security Recap and Security Tech Brief. Besides his studies he interned with the US Embassy in Berlin, the non-proliferation section of the German Foreign Office and with a Berlin-based public affairs company.
