Moritz Kleinaltenkamp is a scholar of organisational theory and a consultant. His work focuses on how organisations develop and leverage emerging technologies like blockchain and AI, on the GovTech innovation ecosystem, and on the role of time in organisations. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Hertie School’s doctoral program, and holds a Master’s in Technology Policy from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master’s in Economics from Peking University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Freie University Berlin.
Moritz has gained practical experience in strategy and public sector consulting, most recently leading the Insights & Intelligence division at PUBLIC, a GovTech ecosystem firm. Drawing on his professional and academic experience, he has contributed to executive education programs at the Hertie School and at Freie University Berlin. During his research and studies, Moritz has received scholarships and awards from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, the Academy of Management, the Hertie School, the Yenching Academy of Peking University, and the University of Turin.
