The Hertie School has signed a cooperation agreement with the Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Tokyo. Professors Takatoshi Ito and Hideaki Shiroyama were in Berlin to sign the agreement, enabling MPP students to participate in exchange programmes with our new Japanese partner.
