Two Hertie Students selected to join the UN Studies Association

Jan Lucas (MIA 1st year) and Jonathan Rummel (MPP 1st year) were recently acceptanced into the UN Studies Association (UNSA).

UNSA is a long-time partner of the Academic Council on the UN System (ACUNS), focusing on the UN as a field of study and offering its members annual meetings, briefings, a summer school and workshops, regional events and a dissertation award in order to enhance global, interdisciplinary dialogue on the UN.

Lucas and Rummel will join over 800 UN academics and practitioners world-wide in the Association, which was founded in 2007 in efforts to establish a platform for knowledge exchange on issues related to the UN, as well as a broad network of UN experts, young and old.
