In an op-ed for Der Tagesspiegel, Snower says that digital technology permeates everyday life and has a disruptive effect. According to Snower, digitalisation can only reap its benefits if it succeeds in eliminating the inefficiencies and injustices that the current regulatory framework brings with it.
