CIVICA – The European University of Social Sciences brings together eight leading European higher education institutions, including the Hertie School. Since 2019, CIVICA members have been building an innovative university model that places students and (post)doctoral researchers at its heart, and that shapes the future of European education.
This event is an occasion for you to learn more about the exciting benefits of being part of a European network. We will present CIVICA’s academic opportunities for students and PhDs at the Hertie School, like joint master’s courses and the (post)doctoral course catalogue.
Through CIVICA, you can also get involved in collaborative and bottom-up extracurricular activities with fellow students and PhDs from across Europe. We will give you an overview of the CIVICA Ambassadors programme with the upcoming call for applications, the futurEU Initiative (founded at the Hertie School), and the Over to Europe podcast.
