Background information: The debate takes place in the context of the Ministerial Conference “Inclusive and Sustainable Economies – Powering the Sustainable Development Goals” organized by the “Partnership for Action on Green Economy” (PAGE), an alliance of five UN agencies, and co-hosted by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB). The Green Growth Knowledge Platform is organizing and co-hosting this debate that will spearhead the PAGE Ministerial Conference taking place on 27 – 28 March 2017 in Berlin.
Media-Coverage: The debate will be broadcast on the Intelligence Squared platforms, including the podcast and YouTube channel. Intelligence Squared cooperates with the BBC in the UK, NPR and PBS in the US and their media partner Vanity Fair, securing extensive international coverage.
