The Hertie School hosted an exclusive screening of The Big Short, a film adaption of the number one non-fiction bestseller by Michael Lewis portraying the story of four outsiders who saw what the big banks, media and government refused to, the global collapse of the economy. Directed by Adam McKay (Anchorman, Step Brothers). The Big Short stars Christian Bale, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt. The screening was followed by a Q&A with Henrik Enderlein (Professor of Political Economy at the Hertie School), and others.
