Inclusive leadership: Diversity and inclusion are keywords in the realm of leadership today. But what do they mean and how can they be activated in practice? In this 3-hour workshop, we create a space for participants to gather skills, tools and practices that can support them on their path to inclusive leadership. With a strong theoretical backbone, group discussions and practical experience we look at the definitions, define key concepts, provide concrete tools and explore and co-create solutions for collective action and institutional change.
The workshop will be hosted in cooperation with Key2Advance, a coaching and training consultancy, and SHIELD.
