Career talk: Careers in human rights

Eager to work in the field of human rights? Join us for a discussion about career paths. This event is hosted by the Centre for Fundamental Rights

Human rights are at the forefront of international policy making and offer a wide range of career options ranging from local and national governments and international organizations to research, investigation, or advocacy work with non-governmental organisations. The field is, however, also highly competitive.

The Centre for Fundamental Rights invites you to a conversation with visiting practice Fellows at the Centre - Fred Abrahams, Associate Program Director at Human Rights Watch Berlin, and Lisa Reinsberg, Founder and Executive Director of the International Justice Resource Center - to discuss human rights career paths. Speakers will share their personal experiences and career paths, and provide advice on entering this field, based on their experiences with hiring.

This event is open to the Hertie School community. Prior registration required.
