This event, organised by APX in collaboration with the Hertie School, is addressed to students, graduates and alumni who are interested in working for startups in Berlin. While few startups practice German as their main language, English is the language of the fair and you don't need any German in order to participate (once you have registered).

To make it a truly beneficial experience for you
- Do some research about the different companies present prior to the fair, find out about their focus, culture, goals, principles.
- Prepare your visit with a priority list of whom you want to talk to, with questions, and with a short elevator pitch about yourself.
- Familiarise yourself with the platform and set up your profile. You might also want to upload your CV.
Event Formats
- Speeches: Hear and learn from founders and top executives about their companies and job opportunities.
- 1-1 Chats: You can request personal 20-minute conversations with hiring managers. Please note that the space is limited, so if you didn't get a chance to attend a 1-1 chat, use the live booths to connect with them.
