Open Week faculty lecture: Sustainable Development & Corporate Responsibility

Get a feel for a Hertie School class with Professor of Oganisation and Governance Sébastien Mena.

We’re excited to kick off the Open Week with a lecture from Prof. Dr. Sébastien Mena, who teaches the MPP Management and Leadership core course as well as elective courses on business and sustainable development for both the MPP and MIA. He also leads the EMPA core course Designing, leading, and growing organisations.

On Monday 14th March, 16:00-17:00, join us for the lecture: Sustainable Development & Corporate Responsibility: Assessing the impact today. 

Sébastien Mena is Professor of Organisation and Governance at the Hertie School. His research focuses on the role of business in society and its responsibility for social and environmental issues. He frequently works with firms, NGOs and social enterprises in varied settings and countries, such as commodity supply chains in Sub-Saharan Africa, working conditions in the South East Asian textile industry, or sustainable banking and investment in Europe.
