Meet Hertie School graduates Martin Roeck and Philip Grinsted, who are now working at the World Bank.

Join us in Washington D.C. for a coffee chat with two Master of Public Policy alumni currently working at the World Bank! On Saturday, 12 March, from 2:00 to 5:00pm (EST) meet Martin Roeck and Philip Grinsted at Le Pain Quotidien for an insight into their time at the Hertie School and their careers since.  

Martin Roeck (MPP 2014) currently works at the World Bank`s Trust Funds and Partner Relations Department. He is driven to explore how innovative thinking mixed with data and technology can drive measurable impact. Martin holds a dual degree (MPP/MPA) from the Hertie School and Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. 

Philip Grinsted (MPP 2016) currently works at the World Bank's Markets, Competition and Technology unit. He is a specialist in private sector development and regulation of technology, particularly digital technologies. Before joining the World Bank, he worked at the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) for which he was mainly based in India, China and Germany. Philip holds a dual degree (MPP/MPA) from the Hertie School and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
