The conference paper is co-authored by Maximilian Kupi and Keegan McBride, and is Kupi's first published conference paper and presentation.
Kupi presented the co-authored paper titled "Agile Development for Digital Government Services: Challenges and Success Factors" in person at the EGOV-CeDEM-EPART Conference in Granada, Spain.
The paper takes a critical approach to agile development, aims to separate myth from reality on what agile development does and does not enable within the public sector context, highlights challenges and success factors for agile development, and offers some initial policy recommendations.
