Jessica Breaugh is co-author of article on public service motivation (PSM)

In the article entitled "Serving society vs. the individual user? Experimental evidence on the role of public service motivation in predicting job-task preferences", Postdoctoral Researcher at the Hertie School Jessica Breaugh and her co-author examine the term public service motivation and how to differentiate the term from likeminded concepts. The article builds on a conducted vignette experiment with 1512 citizens.
